Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Readivio, a SaaS platform for ingesting, processing and delivering articles and newsletters. By using our service you agree to these Terms.

1. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Accounts may be created directly or via third-party providers such as Google (OAuth).

2. Service and Subscriptions

Readivio offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid features and billing are handled via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). By subscribing you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide and agree to any recurring billing terms for your chosen plan.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (articles, EPUBs, images, metadata). By submitting content you grant Readivio a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce and deliver the content as required to provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Do not use the Service to transmit illegal content, spam, malware, or material that violates others' rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that otherwise harm the Service or other users.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for conduct we reasonably believe is harmful. Termination does not waive obligations such as outstanding payments or provisions that by their nature should continue.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Service meets all your requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Readivio disclaims all warranties and limits liability for damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service (software, designs, branding) is owned by Readivio or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute proprietary components without our permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Readivio is incorporated (replace with your jurisdiction). Disputes will be subject to the applicable courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or email; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
